Every year, kids all over go out and celebrate on October 31, the day known as Halloween. Halloween is a day where kids dress up as there favorite character or person and search for candy. On that same night many cars and strange faces are on the road. Kids need to make sure they do not wander to far from their parents because many crimes are committed on that night. Kids should also be careful in what gets put in their candy bags because people have put some questionable things in bags before. So i encourage everyone to have a good time as long as they are being safe, Happy Halloween!
